The twin room we stayed in at Appletree was cozy and comfortable. The sofa was a nice addition, giving us a spot to relax after a busy day of exploring. The tea/coffee maker was a lifesaver, helping us start our mornings off right. The seating area was perfect for spending quality time together as a family.

I wish that the twin room had a toaster. It would have been nice to have that convenience for making a quick and easy breakfast.

Always return to Appletree for city trips. Staff helped with money exchange on first stay. Perfect place with Free Wi-Fi, Adults only, Electric kettle, Snorkelling. No pets, No smoking. No regrets.

Thin Walls

The room was a perfect base for exploring the stunning archipelago, with a short walk from the airport through beautiful spring fields. We loved the easy walk to Hugh Town for food and boats to the other islands. The full cooking facilities saved us money and the view from the front window was jaw-dropping. One of the most relaxing holidays we've ever had!

We had an amazing week-long stay at this hotel. The room was modern, comfortable, and had all the necessary extras to make our stay enjoyable, like USB sockets for charging our phones and a bathroom socket for our electric toothbrush. The fully equipped kitchen and comfortable chairs were perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. Plus, the view of the harbour and town from our room was absolutely fantastic. The location was also ideal, just a short stroll away from the town center and quayside. The staff were welcoming and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. We couldn't have asked for a better accommodation to explore the beauty of St Mary's and the Isles of Scilly. Highly recommended!

Our family had an amazing time snorkeling around the crystal-clear waters of the Scilly Isles. The snorkeling spots near the hotel were absolutely breathtaking, with vibrant coral reefs and an abundance of colorful fish. We spent hours exploring the underwater world, creating unforgettable memories as a family.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a small playground for children.
